We are looking for passionate professionals to join the IT Business Enablement within the Information Technology of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties.

Technical Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and product team to implement and deploy end-to-end data & advanced analytics product.
• Setup and govern various data science services and infrastructure, including data science environment, artifact store and metadata tracking.
• Engage with data stewards, producers and consumers to design appropriate data/machine learning pipelines within their assigned projects

Management Responsibilities

• Conduct user requirement studies (liaising with IT Business Partnering team), system analysis and design, contract negotiation with IT vendor(s) etc.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery and technical support activities
• Collaborate with solution design and business requirement team to identify the suiting data and analytics solutions as well as assembling large, complex data sets that meet the requirement

• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Hands on experience in designing and building end-to-end data + AI product
• Experience in developing enterprise data warehouse and data analytics platform
• Experience in machine learning workflow development, orchestration, deployment, monitoring
• Proficient in software version control and lifecycle management
• Proficient in cloud computing platform like Azure, Alibaba Cloud or AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other quantitative or related disciplines. Master’s degree in a related field is desirable
• Professional certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or AliCloud), or relevant industry certifications are highly regarded.
