Key responsibilities:
· Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Total Rewards & Governance (R&G) Team to participate in the new ERP project;
· Partner with SMEs of R&G team and Business partnering teams to articulate as-is processes, design the to-be processes referencing to market best practices and define related business requirements of the assigned R&G areas;
· Work closely with R&G process owners, Team Lead of the ERP project and other relevant stakeholders to discuss the to-be process design, seek process design decisions and escalate blockers where required;
· Work closely with the ERP project team to support definition of a single and comprehensive solution that delivers to-be processes and satisfies business requirements;
· Understand the adjacent systems or applications that currently interface with HRIS and integrate the required functions into the new ERP or provide alterative solutions as appropriate;
· Provide support in change management including system testing, user training, etc.
Requirements:
· University degree in Human Resources, or related disciplines
· Seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years’ experience in compensation and benefits. Experience in leading business process design and testing and in implementing a new ERP a define advantage
· Strong stakeholder management and able to work collaboratively in complex program structures
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent organization skills and attention to details
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and perform high quality work under time pressure
· Agile and able to work under ambiguity
· Team player with good Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills.
