Description & Requirements

Applications are invited for the above vacancy to join Generation Business Group to lead a team to provide facility management and transport services in our power stations (Castle Peak Power Station, Black Point Power Station and Penny’s Bay Power Station). Major duties include:

· Plan, design, implement, operate and maintain facilities such as EV charger system, speed detector and meal ticket system

· Analyze data of the above systems to drive enhancements to bring value to the company

· Lead a team of staff members and contractors to deliver quality services to various stakeholders in the power stations, including the integrated facility management, transport support, such as double decker bus and vessel maintenance

· Provide quality services including organizing various events and logistics support that meet the needs of the Management and staff at all levels

· Prepare budgets and manage relevant materials and services supply contracts to enable the cost-effective delivery of the above services, keep close monitoring on the performance and ensure the quality of services meets our targets and standards

· Review and prepare engineering and safety documents including system design, work schedule, installation plan, test and commissioning plan, as-built drawing, system handover document, operation and maintenance procedure, system migration plan, Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)…etc.

· Ensure the compliance with up-to-date safety, health, environment, quality and internal control policies and procedures in the delivery of the above services, and review the effectiveness of relevant control measures for continuous improvement

· Provide support to ad hoc tasks or assignment other facility management and transport services as assigned by the supervisor

· Be flexible for job rotation to different sessions (e.g., Logistics and Warehousing Services)

Requirements

· A recognized university degree in engineering or equivalent, plus a minimum of 3 years’ working experience.

· Experience and knowledge in EV charger system, speed detector, meal ticket system, maintenance of double decker and vessel is preferable

· Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills

· Independent, result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

· Good command of both English and Chinese

· Good understanding of the company policies on safety, health and environment

· Hold Hong Kong Driving License (class 1,2) is preferred

Candidates will less qualification and/or experience but demonstrate good potential for further development will be considered for a position at lower grade.
