Key responsibilities:
· Lead and define the overall architect design principles, guidelines and policies across functional, data, integration, security across the new solution platform and its integrating systems
· Lead and manage the architect team (including data, integration and infrastructure architects) on the design of the Target State Architecture and the development of the Architectural Roadmap for the new solution with the aim to optimise the application landscape and technology portfolio for an efficient operation in CLP Digital ecosystem
· Partner with Enterprise Architecture team to ensure that new solution architecture, principles and guidelines are in line with broader CLP Digital ecosystems
· Work with team to confirm that solution design delivers the planned business outcomes- stakeholder engagement
· Collaborate with and manage SI architects to deliver target state architecture design and be accountable for all design and architecture deliverables
· Work with project managers to ensure architecture principles and guidelines are adopted on solution design, system development, integration development and data conversion across functional and technical
· Resolve with PMO on issues of noncompliance to architecture principles and design
· Lead the solution architect to map overall solution architecture to business processes/functions to principles alignment and of the best technical and business choice
· Lead integration architect to ensure integrations within the new solution suite and out to other systems to principles alignment and to the best technical and effective choice
· Lead the data architect to define data architecture and structure principles for functional team and technical to work on data migration
Requirements:
· At least 10 years’ experience in a hands-on enterprise or solution architecture role
· Prior experience in large ERP / Digital projects with architect experience and full cycle E2E development
· Prior experience in cloud ERP/cloud project experience
· Experience of leading a team of architects
· Professional credentials in TOGAF, ScrumMaster, Six Sigma, COBIT, ITIL, DevOps, or relevant disciplines preferred
· Knowledge of integration connectivity and automation preferred
· Agile ways of working experience and/or cross-functional technical solution delivery experience
Technical / Functional Competencies:
· Excellent communication skills, with an ability to provide updates to all levels, including executive management
· Able to adapt and work with colleagues from different functions and technical with different views
· Proven track record of problem solving and analytical abilities and able to use own initiative
· Strong team leadership skill
