Purpose of the job:
- Responsible for management of digital demand pipeline including creating framework and executing the collaborative demand management process
- Connect demand with portfolio execution
- Value tracking and feedback to senior stakeholders on any outcome gaps. Establishing one integrated roadmap for demand prioritization discussions
Responsibilities:
- Drive development of the annual digital business plan that align with the 3-5 year strategic plans and horizons and maintain the reporting framework for its execution
- Engage senior business stakeholders and cross functional digital teams to actively manage the digital demand management process. Where necessary, engage senior business stakeholders to optimize the programme / project management framework to ensure projects are adequately sponsored and advised
- Facilitate and establish KPIs for Digital to track value delivery across the 3-5 year planning horizons with strong alignment to the Utility of Future and provide ongoing high quality reporting on performance
- Support Planning Development Group for the CLPP Digital investment proposal to the Government and industry regulators
- Work in close collaboration with the Transformation office on aligning Digital investment and initiative roadmap to strategic transformation priorities and Utility of Future narrative
- Review of business cases defined to ensure alignment to the strategic 3-5 years business plan and priorities
- A recognized university degree
- At least 6 years of experience in portfolio / project management and financial business planning
- Professional credentials such as PMP, Prince 2 are highly regarded
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Good listening skills with ability to multitask
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Excel and Power point presentation
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead large meetings with multiple stakeholders
- High-energy, a proactive adaptive problem solver, organized, flexible and comfortable navigating through ambiguity
- Demonstratable commitment to continuous learning
- Knowledge of change management principles
