We are looking for high caliber individuals to join CLP’s Group Corporate Secretarial with an aim to developing his/her interest in pursuing a career in the company secretarial profession. Key responsibilities of the recruit are as follows:
The Position Profile:
- Support the Corporate Secretarial team in providing a full range of professional and timely logistic arrangement for board/board committees meetings
- Provide day-to-day office and administrative support
- Maintain an effective and efficient documentary system and properly handle sensitive and confidential information
- Provide assistance in key departmental projects/events e.g. Annual Report and Annual General Meetings etc.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required
Requirements:
- A recognized Degree holder
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Experienced in dealing with professional and administrative staff
- Knowledge in Diligent Boards will be an advantage
- Well-organised, self-motivated, detail-minded, committed and be a team player
- A pleasant, proactive and mature character with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing applications
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Associate
