Applications are invited for the above position in the Business Development and Support Branch of Customer Success & Sales Department under Customer Success & Experience Business Group. Reporting to the branch head, the appointee will be responsible for the following:

Major Duties:

• Implement the data analytic strategy and key data analytics initiatives endorsed by the Business Group
• Lead the data analytic projects for business strategy formulation, business performance review, marketing planning, customer experience improvement, product & service development, innovation initiatives, etc.
• Drive the design and development of AI & ML models to identify business opportunities
• Design and develop dashboards to identify actionable business insights
• Drive the customer data model design and on-going administration
• Support to promote data and customer-centric practice in the Business Group

Requirements:

• A recognized University Degree or Master Degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
•  Minimum 5 - 8 years’ solid experience in customer data analysis, data management, data visualization, building and implementing machine learning models (e.g. predictive modeling, NLP, clustering, etc.)
• Excellent data analytics experience with Python, R, or other statistical / data science language
•  Hands-on experience in big data development, e.g. Spark
•  Hands-on experience in BI tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau
• Experience in cloud platform, e.g. Azure
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•  Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
•  Excellent Command in written and spoken English and Chinese
