We are looking for a high caliber professional to join us, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties:

• Starting from Huaiji hydro stations; to understand how a typical hydro plant operates and what are the major overhaul and maintenance activities in its designed lifespan;
• To match the operating and capital costs with plant O&M activities or risks, to understand how to optimize the plant performance in short or long course either through new technologies or innovations;
• To study the current asset management plan,
• To research what are the trendy energy business in Guangdong and GBA; what is the core technology behind and what are the general construction and O&M requirements from perspectives of national standard and CLP/ client;
• new business; what are our general focus and strategies.

Requirements:

• A recognized University Degree or above in Engineering disciplines which is awarded by universities/ tertiary institutions locally or outside Hong Kong in 2021 to 2023.
•  Lawfully employable in Hong Kong (note: overseas and Mainland talents who apply for employment in Hong Kong under different immigration schemes with the approval from the Immigration Department, or non-local graduates who remain in Hong Kong / return to Hong Kong for employment according to the "Immigration Arrangement for Non-local Graduates (IANG)" are not eligible for the Scheme).
• Basic understanding or knowledge in renewable generation (hydro,solar and wind)
• Critical thinking and good communication skills
• Good command in written Chinese & English, fluent in Putonghua
• Asset management of renewable energy plants
• GBA new business opportunities and project construction, O&M success factors

**This position is under "Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme" which is launched by The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Appointees will work in the GBA Mainland cities.**
