We are looking for high calibre professional to join Business Transformation Department of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. The appointees will be responsible to support the team to drive business transformation projects, including but not limited to consolidate business and user requirements, project planning and implementation, tracking, monitoring and benefits measurements, etc.

Responsibilities:

Being core members of Transformation Office to support Portfolio Program Co-ordination, Value Tracking, Reporting and Project Management.
Manage information to support the strategic oversight of value and benefits management through the Transformation lifecycle (reporting, monitoring, forecasting).
Coordinate with internal / external parties and manage resources to perform program management, project implementations and continuous enhancements. Able to support project planning, timeline, risk assessment, cost and resources to meet realistic project delivery.
Support the collection of user requirements, liaison with vendors and contractors in the process of development, enhancement, maintenance, etc.
Support feasibility study, resources planning, benefits/KPI measurement for related initiatives upon request.
Undertake detailed data modelling and/or data analytics to assess performance trends, gaps and identify potential corrective actions.
Produce required documentation and status update in various project stages

Requirements:

A recognized University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
disciplines. Master’s degree in a related field is desirable.
At least 6-8 years relevant or equivalent experience with proven track record of problem solving, analytical and project management abilities. Applicant will less experience will be considered as Senior Project Management Analyst.
Experienced in digital transformation project is highly preferable.
Able to manage tasks with governance & routine focus independently.
Strong data modelling, vendor management, communication, and relationship management skills.
Good presentation, documentation and reporting skill.
