Description & Requirements

We are looking for a forward-thinking marketer with passion in digital growth and marketing innovation to join the Digital Marketing Team of the Marketing & Communications Department.

The key role of this position is to plan, implement and manage digital marketing initiatives to grow the company’s online communications and engagement with existing and new customers. The candidate must be digital savvy, strategic thinking, highly analytical and results and data driven. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Digital Marketing & Performance, the appointee will be responsible for the following:

Major Duties:

Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies and plans to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion, and to achieve business targets for different marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with different departments to initiate and launch integrated and data-driven marketing communications campaigns, manage project priorities and internal teams for better business performances.
Create and execute campaigns via content development, social media activities, viral marketing, paid digital media, KOL management, SEO/SEM, etc. Explore new and effective digital marketing channels / tools for advertising & promotion opportunities.
Take lead in developing content & posts with agency in different brand owned digital assets, especially social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.) with brand standard and deliver quality digital experiences to drive customer engagement and campaign performances. Manage social media calendar and monitor campaign activities and customer feedback in all channels.
Partner with external advertising, digital and media agencies in the execution, implementation, and optimisation of integrated communications campaigns in quality and timely manner.
Stay up to date on all digital platforms and marketing tools to explore relevant application for CLP marketing campaigns.
Conduct social media analysis, competitive research, and track and evaluate the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and proactively roll out trial plans to improve campaign performance and user experience.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements:

A recognised university degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines with at least 8 years’ proven working experience in marketing communications in large corporations and at least 6 years in digital or social media management. Digital agency experience will be a plus.
Solid experience in digital marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), analytics tools as well as performance tracking (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, GTM, etc.), with proven success in launching digital campaigns in driving online awareness, conversion, or buzz. Experience on Adobe marketing platform is preferred.
Experience in content creation and production, video productions, and integrated campaign execution with strong writing skills in marketing materials with good social media angle & insight.
Self-motivated and energetic team player with creativity, can-do spirit, and strong interpersonal and communications skill to interact with cross-function teams and facilitate business interactions.
Detailed and customer-oriented mindset, willing to work under tight schedule.
Strong presentation skill and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
Good computer knowledge and ability to keep abreast of changes in markets and digital technologies.
